Adastra Czech Republic, a leading technology company, is pleased to announce the expansion of its operations through the successful merger of adastra.one and Acamar in January.
“The integration of adastra.one and Acamar into Adastra is a strategic step in our global market growth. This merger will enable us to better leverage the potential of our team across a wider range of projects,” says Štěpán Kopřiva, CEO of Adastra Czech Republic.
The focus and scope of work for the teams from adastra.one and Acamar, now part of Adastra, remain unchanged. “Former adastra.one will continue to specialize in developing comprehensive digital solutions, ranging from mobile and web applications to their integrations,” says Standa Dvořák, former CEO of adastra.one and current Business Development Director. His team’s significant clients include Sazka, Tesco, GZ Media, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Sodexo, and COOP Slovakia.
Acamar, until now, has been instrumental in recruiting and relocating IT specialists for Adastra, primarily from non-European Union countries. Initially established as a bodyshop, it expanded to acquire its own projects. “The Acamar concept remains the same, only now as part of Adastra, it will be known as Adastra Tech Talent Solutions,” says Pino Nicholson, Head of Sales at Adastra Tech Talent, with clients such as Commerzbank and Deutsche Börse.
This strategic development marks a significant milestone for Adastra Czech Republic, strengthening its position in the global market by enhancing its service offerings and leveraging diverse expertise within the group.
