By detecting critical points before launching a new system, the bank saved 90% of time on troubleshooting

by deploying Dynatrace during testing

During the development and testing phase of a new online banking application, the bank approached Adastra, who are familiar with its systems, to work with the app vendor to help ensure a smooth start. The bank was well aware that fixing a problem in an already operational system is dramatically more expensive than resolving risks and bottlenecks before the launch.

Deploying application monitoring on a specific system during testing facilitated error detection and minimized later guesswork with the solution provider regarding the causes of any problems. As a result, the bank saved almost 90% of the time it would otherwise have had to spend troubleshooting the application during operation.
