On real data and use cases in python, we will go through:
- exploratory data analysis and data visualizations
- statistical inference and hypothesis testing
- creation of data processing and machine learning pipelines
- linear regression
- multi-class multi-label classification
- anomaly detection
- and we will also touch upon natural language processing (NLP)
In addition to new knowledge and skills you also end up with a ton of useful code in jupyter notebooks.
We will be using nothing but open source software: python 3, pycharm community edition, jupyterlab, numpy, scipy, pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, plotly, scikit-learn, …
