ČSOB Bank had to merge the data from Instrobanka into its systems. Due to multiple reasons, it was obligatory to deliver in just 12 months. 

  • 35 distinct types of interfaces required
  • 900 target attributes mapped
  • 70 reports created
  • 100 ICT people involved (most of them part-time)

The first phase of the project release had ambitious timing of 2,5 months until production deadlines for DWH/MIS alignment, legal merge, connecting payment systems, rebranding, and unified pricing. In addition, migration of client data and Euro current accounts was required.

Six months after the project started, Adastra realized client data updates and migration of card holders, deposit and credit products, payment products, and collaterals. Also finished extracts of migration results for migration debit cards, electronic banking, proxy rights/signature specimen, and customer letters. During the last phase, Adastra also completed the migration of credit cards and mortgage loans, extract for credit cards migration, and cleaning wave to enable preparation of systems switch-off.

The merger of Eurobank Serbia with Direktna required quick preparation of the consolidated regulatory reporting combining the reports from both banks.

As part of the post-merger integration, ČSOB Bank had to merge the data from OTP into its systems (Temenos T24).

  • 16 different areas required
  • 1000+ target attributes mapped
  • Thousands of person days of effort (both from vendor and customer side)
  • Migration into the system, which was not entirely stable at that period (moving target for the mapping)

Adastra deployed Migration Engine frameworks. We have also arranged adaptation with a new data layer for T24 API structures and ME Admin Console. Customer Data Consolidation included personal and address data of customers standardization and cleanup. Also, Adastra marked OTP customers existing in ČSOB SK for consolidation. Moreover, Adastra designed consolidation rules and provided consulting support to ČSOB in resolving customer overlap issues.

Data preparation, migration, and testing phase included: source systems data model, data imports, source-to-Target mappings (near-SQL), transformation scripts, and code-book lookups between source and T24.

Slovak Telekom was implementing a new CRM (Siebel), the most core system in the telco segment (mastering all the client data and information about the product ownership).

  • Several thousands of distinct products in Slovak Telekom portfolio (both in retail & corporates business line)
  • 3 CRM systems had to stay synchronized in parallel for a limited period (2 versions of Siebel + 1 legacy CRM system for retail business line)
  • 100+ cooperating consultants in the entire program

Adastra also had to coordinate various vendors in the migration process (preparation of the single source of the truth for the migration, adjustment to the new source system (Siebel CRM), and system integrator.
