Adoki

Data replication tool

Get ready for data-driven business. Get the same data on-premise and in the cloud.

Are you trying to figure out how to efficiently get data to all the places where a large organization needs them?

To various applications, systems, databases; in various formats; to environments on the premises or in the cloud?

And what about how to get the data there securely, in consistent structures, at the specified time?

All while maintaining full control over them, of course. Meet Adoki.

Adoki automatically replicates data using metadata

Adoki enables companies to efficiently replicate data between systems i.e., to generate and scale data transfers. It centrally manages and monitors transfers to and from any data platform (on-premise or cloud) based on metadata.

It can connect to any data repository using native solutions and connectors, and it creates and automatically checks data schemas and ensures that the data are always consistent.

Adoki transfers data quickly, efficiently and securely. It also provides statistics, thanks to which data transfers can be optimized automatically.

1 person only can manage tens of thousands of data transfers, rather than the team of specialists needed previously.

10 000s

A single person can manage tens of thousands of data transfers, rather than the team of specialists needed previously.

Dozens of TB

Adoki can easily replicate dozens of TB of data every day.

Why replicate data with Adoki?

Make it possible for your business to work effectively with replicated data

Support quick and performance-efficient data replicas

Use Adoki to handle data transfers of any volume, range or format

Ensure that your current transfer solution is flexible enough to minimize the load on infrastructure and systems

All data transfers are managed by a single specialist

3

minutes per data transfer

Adastra at ŠKODA AUTO has built an on-premise Data Analytics Platform (DAP) for data visualization and implementing sophisticated advanced analytics and artificial intelligence tasks that work with large data volumes. The platform finds applications in multiple company departments - production, logistics, marketing, technical development, and the warranty department. It also allows, for example, to evaluate customer loyalty, predict customer behavior, estimate needs, and adapt product and service offerings accordingly.

  • It took three months to connect Adoki to the required data sources.
  • Adoki consolidated most of the other ETL tools and technologies.
  • The platform is part of the Data Governance solution.
  • A single IT specialist manages all data transfers.
  • It combines on-premise and cloud environments.

10 BUSINESS REASONS for getting Adoki

If/When:

  • You need to share data between the different departments systems within the organization
  • You are building a data platform and need to secure the data on it
  • You have dozens to hundreds of systems and need to connect them
  • You need to have data in multiple places simultaneously, on the premises and the cloud
  • You need to add more data to my existing/current data
  • You are looking for a reliable and straightforward solution for moving data
  • You need to systematically archive and backup my data
  • You have repeated problems transferring my data: they don't transfer, they break, they duplicate

  • You want easy maintenance and monitoring
  • You need to keep an eye on changing data structures
  • You need to speed up the process of setting up new and modifying existing data transfers
  • You need to reduce the load on the IT infrastructure at peak times
  • You want to manage, audit, and control all the data transfers from a single location
  • You need to catch bottlenecks in data sources automatically
  • You want a metadata-driven tool that feeds metadata back into the organization
  • You are looking for a tool that allows you to extend its functionality with new modules by yourself

Typical technical use cases of data replications with Adoki

Filling the data lake automatically

None

Adoki automatically replicates any files, tables and databases into the data lake. While doing so, it uses predefined scenarios that take into account the requirements of both the source and the target.

Among the scenarios used most often is the mirror scenario, which replicates data from the source systems to the stage layer. Here, the data are unified and checked. They are then published to the mirror layer, which provides a copy of the data for quick viewing and use. The mirror stage also facilitates the creation of an archive layer, which acts as an data backup for regulatory and technical purposes.

From on-premise systems to the cloud and back

None

Adoki replicates data from various on-premise systems to cloud storage and back.

Adoki can transform, anonymize and filter data from on-premise systems before the data are actually replicated to various cloud technologies. It is possible to deploy Adoki both on-premise and in the cloud.

Adoki knows the load that connected systems are placing on the infrastructure and how much throughput each transfer requires. As a result, Adoki can manage replications and scale them (up and down).
