for setup action, segmentations is created in Bloomreach engagement which are necessary for eligibility evaluation and setup action attributes in the Action repository.


Channel enquiry

during login to the app, the app is sending a get request in real-time and it doesn‘t matter whether it is an asynchronous or synchronous request.


Offer prioritization

after get a request from the channel, SPE starts with actions calculation in real-time. SPE evaluates business ability, propensity, scoring, and final arbitration. In this phase of calculation SPE will complete actions with personalization data. The response includes all eligible actions for the client.


Offer response

channel can send different responses to SPE such as accept, reject, postpone, application request, depends on the channel and action setup.
